[Release] Behemoth

Post by spara »

After consulting Eric, I have updated Behemoth oxp to 3.0. Available only as an oxz.

* Requires Oolite 1.79. Uses the new populator functions.
* Includes the updates from GalNavy additions. Both graphical updates and additional carriers.
* In total 40 uniquely named carriers. 4 different behemoth types and one carrier type.

http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Behemoth for those wondering...

But I'm wondering: The readme suggests that this also has had behemoth_3-4_1.1.1.oxp and behemoth_ncc_1.0.3.oxp included into it. Is that correct? we should remove those from our installations? The file names in the Models folders don't seem to be the same, so I'm not entirely sure without really digging into it.

For that matter, does this now mean we no longer need the adcks_extra_behemoths either? I seem to recall that your previous OXPs still required that...?

I have done some renaming to prevent the most obvious clashes resulting from leaving aforementioned oxps in place. In short, remove behemoth_3-4 and behemoth_ncc oxps, they are included in the new Behemoth oxp.

Yes, that's gone too.

Hopefully this change will simplify things in the long run...

Your personal war on markets continues apace, I see. If you're going to take over every station OXP you can get your hands on and butcher their markets, which you seem intent on doing, you could have the decency to fork them and not pretend your butchered versions are the originals.

Unnecessary attack is unnecessary and unwelcome. There are ways to criticize something you may not like, but I find personal attacks being the least pleasant or beneficial of them.

To fix replace the 19. line in ncc_carrier.js to this:

Code: Select all

if (entity.hasRole && (entity.hasRole("tharglet") || entity.hasRole("thargon")) && entity.isCargo) {
