Bugfix 0.0.1

By chance, I just noticed a small bug that prevents the ERS to function properly if one tries to make it compatible with all ships by setting this.$compatibleWithAllShips = true;.
I've uploaded a hotfix, the link is the same:

Hi pilot babo and welcome, that was a very entertaining story! :) My opinion is, since Oolite is a single player game, you can't cheat to anyone but to yourself. If you do something and enjoy the game more by doing so, why have a bad feeling about it? And as Smivs said - what you did is so cool that...

It sounds like an air-burst a bit like the Tunguska event, where it exploded before impacting the Earth. A wider area of damage, but less severe than if it had hit the planet.
