Currently I have linked Telescope, Towbar, BroadcastComms and Waypoint Here.

If I had two more, I would also link Barrel Roll Governor and Retro Rockets for faster reaction time in case of unfriendly encounters.

I agree that adjustments to the frequency of ships approaching and reactivity to the situation would be good improvements. I have not made any changes along those lines.

According to the expansion manager, version 6.8 exists but is no longer available for download.
