Yeah, I'm saving up for a new ship right now. Those Python Class Cruisers look pretty good.

If it's an OXP problem, you should be able to remove the OXPs to fix it. Do it one-by-one and you'll figure out which one caused the problem. (Don't remove any OXP you're depending on, such as the one containing your ship.) You can also run Oolite from a command-line/console to see the debugging out...

A more wretched hive of scum and villany you will never find.

We must be careful.

Say, if it's the ship that has the record, can I become clean just by buying a new ship? Or does the transponder go with it?

There, that's done it. I finally earned their trust. (Fools!)

I still think the hacker is a good idea. Maybe I'll build an OXP sometime.

Yeah, I'd like to do it the realistic way. I don't think my insurance company would be interested in cleaning up my legal status in any real-world situation. I've made a few jumps, now. I'm at a prime trading location, so they're all 0.8LY jumps. Still Offender. The only "trouble" I've got...

Want to come clean

I accidentally shot a cop. I stopped as soon as I realized, and I thought I was fine because he didn't shoot back. Then I killed his original target, and he came after me. I injected all the way to the station, then docked manually, under fire, expecting to be fined or something. No such luck. I was...

Thank you, p3bbl3s ! I too loved the Frontier physics, systems, planet landing, and missions on my Amiga 3000. I also loved the vector graphics on my C64: it made it easier to see and hit the target at extreme range. However, I'm overjoyed that Giles took on (and continues to work with) th...

Well, sure, but on the other hand it's so big it's easy for the pirates to hit. And it doesn't seem to have much in the way of shields, either.

Station commodity market capacity

I've been carting around platinum for the longest time. (I hate having idle money.) Finally found a place that wanted it, and tried to sell it all. No good. The station can't hold more than 127kg, even though I easily can. Additionally, I went on to sell them gold, too, right up to the 127 unit limi...

Scooping anomalies

I've found two scooping anomalies. I'm still in galaxy 1, so I'm often running full or nearly full. But sometimes I get into fights where the horde polishes off a bit of my cargo: then it's time for plunder! Strangely, though, when I trade gold, platinum, or gems at a station, it doesn't count again...

I'm running the Debian 1.65 version, and I had the same problem with invulnerable, useless hulks lying around after I had killed them. I took out the Wrex-<whatever>-teaser OXP and it started working as expected.

It seems to me we could make apt packages to install individual OXPs in the system-wide directory.

This couldn't be that difficult. What's involved in becoming a Debian developer, I wonder?

And be careful with the spelling! I have the Debian install, and I just couldn't get my OXPs to work. Then I realized I was putting them in ~/.Oolite/Addons/ instead of ~/.Oolite/AddOns/ (note the capitalization error). Things are working much better now. At least, it's parsing the addons and return...
