I've had the 'no ships for sale bug' before and yes it sorts itself out before too long. But this seems different in that you cannot access the shipyard at all, not even to get the 'no ships available' message. If I remove some OXPs and load my save file the shipyard at the station where I am docked...

Yeah me too, although I've been considering trading in the PCC for something more suited to generally kicking the cr@p out of everyone in sight.

I'm still hoping to come across a Wolf Mk II SE with a Naval Energy Unit :twisted:

No Shipyard at all....

I have a bit of a strange problem here. High Tech Level planets have no shipyard at all. I don't mean that it says 'no ships available to purchase', but pressing 3 or F3 at the equipment purchase screen does nothing at all :( I thought it might be OXP related as I have got a lot of them installed so...

On second thoughts, I think this may have started happening shortly after accepting the Military Fiasco mission, and may have fixed itself around the time of scoring the first kill of a Military ship.

Does this match up with what other pilots have experienced?

I had the same problem recently while doing the Ramaza - Zaria run in Galaxy 2. It seemed to fix itself suddenly after I bought a missile at Ramaza, possibly had a Maintenance Overhaul as well. I don't think it's connected to OXP's, at least in my case, because I hadn't installed any new ones for a ...

How about missiles equipped with Witchdrive Fuel Injectors? Let's see a Fer-de-Lance try and outrun an ECM-Hardened one of those!

It would take away that comfort zone of knowing you can outrun a missile with a quick boost of speed. Could make missiles a weapon to be feared again.
