yep...well. the Anaconda model is built and I have all my maps now (including the new normal one). So I've just got to put it all together. In fact, sod work, I might just try and get it done today. well, that already looks good enough. Is it a rendered ship model or is it the ship running on the 1....

I mean, this coverart clearly shows the ships are supposed to be SEXY AND CURVY... and that obviously, the pointy low poly designs was because of cpu limitation. This is probably a better picture of the old DWCobra I did: http://www.bluelocust.com/Images/sml-dwcobra.jpg But you're right it doesn't ...

I liked Street Fighter II, but could Tekken be classed as the 'world changer' (was that the first 3d one? - now they're all 3D). Need for Speed on the 3DO was a huge leap from anything that was around at the time. And it was ace. Crap now though, actually from the official list how many people are s...

C64 was great. You could program some pretty neat stuff on it too, I found it more user friendly than the Beeb (which my dad had). But the games were great. RamboII was brill, and Last Ninja Remix (had that one on floppy disk)

I also liked Frontier, although I must admit I've had more fun going back to Oolite - but that's probably partly to do with this community and creating our own oxps. The Newtonian flight model was a good idea, it could have been done better. Something more like Babylon 5. There was a fan made B5 gam...

if you're serious about making a movie I'll help out. As for the 3d models, I think we should work on some high resolution ones/film quality versions.

oh right, I see. That makes sense now. I have got a seperate specularity map for this one, because I felt it'd be good to do a few different colour schemes and just keep the same spec map. I'll just quickly finish texturing the yellow bits and then you'll probably be plagued with loads of pm's from ...

Will you get 700 cargo pods in there? No. Unless I make them much smaller, in which case yes. This conversation seems somehow familiar, as if it was from an old dream, but I can’t quite remember. Yep. My fault for posting the same thing years later, was it a discussion about the size of the actual ...
