Are there any setting or option (or expansion pack) to change mouse controlls Elite2-Frontier style?

I read the topics and got an idea. The reference sheet is incomplete. Many settings missing - like shift+ctrl+M to turn on mouse controll or the time speed set in paused game. Can you collect here the missing parts? Just for beginners like me. (Another question - Did you set the mouse configuration ...
