Did you save the game while Oolite was running from OoliteStarter? Then you could try to backup your ManagedAddons folder and delete all OXPs. OoliteStarter will check the installed expansions when resuming a savegame and let you know about missing expansions. There should also be a button to fix m...

I truly don't understand why OoliteStarter has to be so precious about old versions of OXPs to the extent that it breaks things whenever I update.
