Oolite Bulletins

Can't respond in detail, but here are the basics. The original files you need are found here: https://github.com/OoliteProject/oolite/tree/master/Resources/Config Look for descriptions.plist, equipment.plist, hud.plist, missiontext.plist, planetinfo.plist and potentially speech_pronunciation_guide....

But having said that, if I had your linguistic capabilities, I'd start off with one of the older language packs (since the newer versions of Oolite added to the old, so any translations there will not be wasted). I've found French and german localization, but I speak only english, so... :D i need o...
