Re: Question
I just checked and it worked. Should be on the website in a moment.another_commander wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2024 6:16 amTry this link, I've set it to not expire but we'll have to check again in a few days just to be sure. I've read somewhere that discord uses perma-invites only on community servers nowadays.

The Extension Pack Manager in Oolite 1.90 have Cargo_Contract_Mod in obsolete version 1.5 which do not work https://bb.oolite.space/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13757 contains more recent Cargo_Contract_Mod version 1.64, which should fix that Hmmm. It is not about Oolite 1.90, it is about the expansion ...

So do not trust too much, especially if you have only one source of truth.

Re: Controller issue.
Oolite is based on the outdated SDL library.
What might help is to migrate the code to SDL2.
There should be people with more experience on that around here.

Re: Changing Key Mappings?
Hell in a pinch I've seen people do some fantastic work with hotwired stream decks. Honestly with 3D printing, a little bit of soldering skill and time (the one commodity that no one has) It's amazing what you could accomplish. At some point someone will map this game onto a cockpit. That's just hu...

Re: Equipment “Sell Item” Color
If you want this code to be distributed via the expansions manager there is not much left to do: - wrap up your content into an OXZ file. That essentially means create a zip archive from your oxp folder such that manifest.plist is in the root directory (and all the other files in appropriate directo...

Re: OoliteStarter
That is odd. Do you have a directory C:\Oolite\oolite.app? Yes, it looks like everything is in the right place. When I do an install of whichever build I've downloaded, it defaults to C:\Oolite and correctly overrides everything there. Ok, then please start OoliteStarter, go to the installations ta...

Re: Scripters cove
Could it be that a dictionary internally ends up to be a hashmap and therefore the sequence is not predictable? Could we change this to some container that preserves a sequence? As soon as it does, sorting can be applied... I think you're barking up a dead tree, hiran. If world scripts were sorted ...

Re: JB WIP thread: several ships
No chance now. I can't access my old account and the pictures are probably already long gone. I still have the models. Never finished them due to personal IRL chaos. If I revisit them again it will probably take me a while to get things sorted so I can finally resume working on stuff. I'm not holdi...
