Thanks, I had already tried #1 setup MFDs dockside as soon as i launch they are are gone, then i have to faff with ; and : for about 5 minutes until its how i like it,

Am i missing something or a setting somewhere, every time i dock and launch i have to re-setup all my MFDs which is really annoying. especially if i'm launching from a rock hermit or RSS and may need to be prepped for bounties or pirates after launch - so target scanning, target memory, range scans ...
