Cim's "SOTL" OXPs need to be loaded in a specific order. "Song_of_the_Labyrinth_Startup_1.1" needs to be loaded first, and then either "SOTL_Exploration_0.4" or "Song_of_the_Labyrinth_Altmap_1.0". Cim somehow managed to ensure that it would happen in just that...
