The new ReadMe in the oxz should answer your other points above. But my understanding is that this oxp should definitely work with v.1.82. It might even work with v.1.80, but I'm unsure.

Just to say, Commander of Vasig from Roolite passed away on March 31st. Stranger wrote a lengthy eulogy there (https://oolite.ru/coriolis/viewtopic.ph ... 86622e766b)

While I do understand Stranger's arguments against language localization, I do feel - strongly - that what you are doing will open up Oolite to many more Russian speakers. Wishing you both strength!

There is also this: Quarantine systems are an OXP feature, definitely not in the core game. Yes, GalCop missions implements quarantine systems, and will stop you jumping to them.
