Oolite Bulletins

Hi all, Back once again, lost my computer's hd, long time since I logged in even forgot my password and had to get back in on a temp one. just wondered what happened to a couple of my favourite oxp's and ships.... I can't find any trace of the Blue racer or red racer oxp.... loved that ship any idea...

perhaps I'm in a feudal system that is one of the few without a hunting lodge

I'm running 1.76 and although the royal courts appear on the planet's the Hunting lodges don't appear in my advanced space compass I believe they used to be represented by a f and be quite near the sun

I know its not gonna happen, but you know it would be nice......

of course I discovered a new nice ship (the Blue Racer) and some of the updated Oxp's run better and have more than before, I would like to thank the Oxp creator's, thank you, thank you, Thank you for your continued fine work! plus of course my new machine is Shaders compatible, so thats really nice...

Been a while since I posted, whats everyone upto Oolite wise.


I just re-loaded and started again with my New Bigger laptop!. got all my old oxp's and what not, some of them work some of them don't.


I think I'm running 1.76 right now!

mine in this incarnation of Oolite was the Blue racer

pretty good speed, decent cargo space and good manouverability...... in an insane galaxy, it was the only insane choice, whoops shouldn't that be sane.... lol

just love these 2 ships, good speed, and upgrade-ability good cargo space.... I'm curently tooling around Galaxy one in one, after re-starting my Oolite life and a new biger laptop with a better graphics card. I have a Great affection for the Blue racer anyways, they're Native to Northern Michigan, ...

Because anything that makes use of Ian's ship coding/designs, would have to have his express aproval, thats why he recieved royalties for Elite 2, the reason for the Hostility between the 2 is first encounters, was suposed to be an add on, which Ian wouldn't recieve royalties for, (which was agreed)...

I don't think it ever will come out, I too am 45 years old, Ian and Dave can't agree on anything. some of the ships where Ian's coding, and others where dave's unless both agree on usage, and an equitable royalty split, then I don't see anything happening with the game... I see the Universe ending, ...

no probs, I really just wanted to know if there was anything new on the engine, and I guess I'll have to download, 1.75 (I'm still running 1.74.2)


plus any new oxp's and you've got me started looking, thats the gentle shove I needed!.
