Oolite Bulletins

This OXP (and cim's other stuff) is hosted on compsoc.dur.ac.uk - it's the same place, whether you use the managed download or go through the web page and install it by hand, and it's definitely down - it doesn't even respond to ping. For anyone else looking for this (or Ship's Library, or whatever)...

The controversial Energy Bomb has been disappeared again... that is, for at least a couple of days it's been missing from
the link (http://compsoc.dur.ac.uk/~cim/oolite/En ... _1.0.2.zip) from its page, and the download from the manager
failed. Is it available anywhere else?
