I have double checked that the addon is installed in the correct folder (which it is) and once again flown out to the transit station and boarded it, got the comms message and launched, but sadly still no shuttle.

Can anyone offer any further suggestions on this?

Many thanks Ramirez, with your help I have sorted out the save game file and have been able to progress to the next stage of the mission. Really appreciate you taking time to advise me what to do.
