Where is Captain Carruthers?
Hello all,
Am sitting docked at Gebiisso. I am meant to meet Capt Carruthers in the officer's mess here. I'm guessing that this is the Nova mission, but the bugger hasn't appeared.
(a) Is there another place to dock and meet him?
(b) Is this a clash with an OXP?
