Mouse flight control in Windowed mode

Would it be possible to implement mouse flight control in windowed mode? I note that when I played minecraft the game controlled the mouse, but it was simple to press escape to access the mouse for standard window control. Something similar could be done for Oolite, ie., Shift/Shift+Control/+"M...

Re: Haven't been around for a looong time...

Welcome back! 8) The release announcements for 1.77 and 1.77.1 would be good places to start. The main list of OXPs on the Wiki is now sortable, and includes compatibility ratings and notes for most OXPs. Some newer OXPs may not yet be listed, however. Thanks for the heads' up! I'm now checking to ...

Re: Haven't been around for a looong time...

Hello, I've returned after a LONG stint on Minecraft, I come back to find that my ship now has gas exhaust flames issuing from the engines. Is there any forum threads that list what changes were made in 1.77 and which OXP's work and what need to be updated? Also, any recommended new OXP's that peopl...

My initial thoughts are that if you are William Wilberforce, space trader, and you pick up a slave container then perhaps there could be a small OXP where upon docking the base computer checks your manifest and asks if you would like to free your slaves. If you say yes then you get a flat rate bount...

Gamepads: Roll/Pitch/Yaw/Throttle settings

I was recently in Japan, where I bought a 16 button Buffalo gamepad- specifically for Oolite :D It was rather nice to find I could configure just about every button configurable. I'm wondering though what would be the best way to configure the Roll, Pitch, Yaw and Throttle. Currently my settings are...

The question then becomes: who would be willing to sacrifice one of his valuable lasers for a tractor beam? Not sure I'd necessarily agree with having to give up a laser. (Only the rear one would make sense in either case). However, while towing you can't fire the rear laser, or at least, not witho...

Oy! When I loaded this OXP and found a stellar serpent, I was waylaid by a craft called the "Space Shepherd", whose mission was to "protect the gentle denziens of space from marauding space hunters"!

When I was new to these forums one of the first questions I had was the idea of a tractor beam- but when I did a cursory search to see if anyone had thought the same I noted a long thread about the deep space dredger OXP, and decided not to add any more to the discussion. Seeing this thread though, ...
