If we're gonna start differentiating things by ship size, I'd rather like a 50 light year fuel tank fitting to my Python please. Think about it, an average car has a 30-40 litre fuel tank. Which can be used up in about 6 hours of highway driving. I used to drive a big truck, with 1,500 litre tanks, ...

Same situation as gabbakeisen, feudal systems 1.1 on 1.73.4 causes crash do desktop on a jump into Aronar. Disabling the OXP makes everything happy again. System: Windows Vista SP2 Amd AthlonII x2 240 (2.8GHz stock normally at 3.5Ghz), 2GB ddr2, stacks'o'drivespace, NVidia GF 8500GT Yes, I overclock...

The humming sound is quite likely your case/cpu fans winding up to full speed. Normally most machines will run them well below full speed to keep things quiet. If you are worried, then running something like coretemp speedfan or CPU-ID Hardware monitor will allow you to keep an eye on things. Core t...

Sort of like the Hired Guns OXP , but available at discount to traders? Spot on, and as a default option in the main game please. Not entirely sure about the discount for the traders, but certainly at a price that would make hiring a pair of average kraits or similar entirely sensible for the avera...

Energy bombs are a part of game balance. Removing them would require the game to do some more active balancing of enemy forces vs the current ship config. I think players should be more ready to run away from fights if they don't like the odds rather than plunge in then just E-Bomb everyone if thin...

http://pastebin.com/m449a57a7 Yay! I can post it now :D And yes, I forgot to mention which version I'm running: 1.73.4 On Vista home basic, with 2GB memory, AMD AthlonII x2 240 (clocked to 3.5GHz) and an Nvidia GF8500GT with the latest 195.62 WHQL drivers. Sound is onboard realtek, controller is a ...

Energy bombs are a part of game balance. Removing them would require the game to do some more active balancing of enemy forces vs the current ship config. No more hostile fleets intent on recycling that rusty relic you're piloting. Remove their necessity as an emergency panic measure, and you don't ...

Help! I can't do a shipping mission
Every time I hit hyperspace for the jump to the delivery system, the game just quits instantly, about halfway through the hyperspace noise. I do have stack of OXPs installed, but why is it dying right here? I bought a python precisely to do some of these missions... I can't put a link to the pastebi...
