Oolite Bulletins

Space Engine couldn't start on my previous laptop, but it runs on my new one, though its processor doesn't even match the recommended minimum (1,8 GHz, and min. 2 GHz recommended). It doesn't run smoothly (lags when approaching planets) but I'm completely happy with it.
