Oolite Bulletins

I am running the 1.65 version and have uninstalled it and re-loaded the program in a non default location, The laser firing crash has now vanished but it still crashes. I cannot find any subfold or anything names logs, I have searched all files within the oolite main folder but have found nothing, any ideas?
