Oolite Bulletins

The conversation between my wife and me about Oolite usually goes like this:

w: Are you going to save the ooniverse again, tonight?
m: Yes.
w: Good luck, then. I'll go to bed in the meantime.
m: Good night.

The solution: I've been mulling an idea, and it should be relatively simple to implement. Show a picture of a Cobra Mk.3 and ask the user to enter what kind of ship it is. So long as the word "Cobra" and the number "3" appear, regardless of case, or regardless of "Mark"...

You should better check how many zero posters logged in within the last 6 months. I guess, there are many abandoned registrations.

Due to an OXP (don't know which one) I had about 25 ships on my scanner around the station. Then one ship called SOS ... I tried to find the Offender but gave up soon. A max bounty-message wouldn't have helped.

I don't know if it's possible, but it would be nice if the BountyScanner would highlight ships with Bounty on the long range scanner, e. g. in orange.

ICQ-UIN doesn't exist.

Maybe there's a better way to do it ... and I've German menues, so the names can vary:

mark a circle or a rectangle with the selection tool
menu edit -> border
set border width, [ok]
fill circle with desired color or pattern

Afaik, it's done the same way in Photoshop.

Better integrate it into oolite, then no external tools or file copying need to be involved.
