You may be one of the few to actually attempt this mission. Because of the lack of feedback and several interceding Oolite versions, it may not work as it should, but here's some hints on what's supposed to happen based on my initial playtesting.

I've been going through Galactic Navy's code, and I found that it adds headhunters to certain systems while the Admiral mission is active. However, these are clean ships that appear to be added with no rhyme or reason. Does anyone know what these are all about? I think they're just to hinder your p...

Every few seconds the description of what sort of criminals are detected changed completely, as if they had been replaced with an entirely new gang. Looks like the descriptions.plist is not being read at all. This may be a mac thing as it seems okay on DGills and is okay on mine. GRRR! You get GalCop's bounty, but that's not the issue. The problem is that tier 2 and 3 are almost completely identical, at least as far as I can tell and with the exception of the target ship.
