Well I was thinking about whether it can be done via an OXP (like i mentioned earlier, putting it in the core is probably not doable at the moment, better things to do too im sure),

Your equipment.plist is intact Lestradae I was just removing and then adding them back one by one to find out what didn't work. Turns out it's something in the Sell Equipment part. Odd, since I don't have Sell Equipment OXP anymore. Hmm. O.o I'll search around a bit more
Thanks all! Frame, you are correct. Removing most of the entries from OSE's equipment.plist fixed the error. Now I have to slowly work out which OXPs are causing the conflict, since removing your scoop didn't work for me. >;(
