Oolite Bulletins

Thank ya kindly for the welcom and the direction.

There's probably a thread for this already, be darned if I can find it though. How do you play? After 5-6 mins I figured out how to start by initiating forward view, but I don't know how to dock or otherwise interact with anything. Anyone help me out or direct me to the proper thread please?
