this is my first ship build, and im having problems with the external views, meaning when I hit "v" the views do not cycle. The ship shows up fine in the shipyard, and on the loading screen but i can't get a single external view of it while in game. Is there some "golden Rule" fo...

so in 1.7 are the shipyards dockable or not... I might be having a bug, but i cannot dock with the shipyards...

actually installing under usr/lib is where the autopackage was set to install to, same with the repositories on 1.65... so i really thought that was norm but ill give the compiling from source a go

I am running hardy and I do have the samba common installed, but i still have the error with oolite concerning the libjs.so library. when i try to run oolite 1.7 nothing happens at all, except that error regarding the libjs.so library in terminal... and installing th elibrary doesnt fix it

the only thing is "screams" for is the libjs.so, and thats all ,even after getting the libjs.so it still "screams" for it. and since it won't load with this error I cant even get version 1.7 to initiate. And as for the error report with version 1.65 it is the all too common memor...

so i tried version 1.7 but just cold not get it to run after i installed it...even as root. It seems as though i am stuck with 1.65 in the repositories.. is there any way to fix this issue or maybe some tricks to get 1.7 to initialize? I could try all day but even after installing the libjs.so that ...

ive had this bug too ive been searching for what it sould be ...but im using the 1.65 oolite build is there anything to do to fix it ?
