'Tis true. Thargy's repair bots can fix a damaged cloaking device. Sometimes not on the first attempt....
Is it considered cheating to re-load a save game file to save on buying multiple repair bots???

tis because you are looking right down the centre line of the laser as opposed to the laser firing somewhere underneath your viewpoint on the caddy....

Don't worry, your lasers will still kill- you just dont see a solid beam...

Lots of other stuff....& then... So that's the reason, in a nut shell. Most ships are slightly inaccurate. Tell me about it... The reverse engineered (NOT captured) Thargoid Warship (awarded for completing some mission i forget which...) had the target reticule way off for close range shooting....

As Clarkson would say...."SWEEEEEEET"

The laser might just look the same but watch the damage when you hit your target- Trust me, that ain't no pulse laser...
