Oolite Bulletins

Thanks - been playing for years but just had to reinstall everything after upgrading my Mac, hence me starting again with the OXPs.

Also found Realistic Stars 1.1 caused the problem as well. Since I was adding OXPs alphabetically I wonder if these have been combining toxicly with one of the OXPs already added. It would take me far too long to work that out though!

I've had EXACTLY the same described problem. In the end I had to add the OXPs one by one and start the game after each one.
