When I capture an escape pod, can I sell the captured person as a slave or will that person be regarded as free, when I dock at the station?

I didn`t mean to let the discussion explode that far.

Just installed that oxp but I don`t see a big difference. I would even appreciate it, if somebody would create an OXP, in which the contrast is even bigger.

Can someone tell me, how to install the "clear skies" oxp? It doesn`t have the OPX-Folder.

And when installed, where do I alter the settings?
