Just managed it, its not broken, you just have to do the trip the other way round.
Just got back into Oolite after a couple of years and reinstalled, so I assume I am on the current version of everything.

Clever idea but...I think you would need the floors to be circular in profile, otherwise there would be some awkward off-grav sections near the joins (the gravity would be 22.5 degrees out near these points). Bear in mind that the gravity is produced using rotation only, so it would operate radially...

I've always liked the idea that you could tow in a derelict and 'cash it in', maybe you could 'weigh it in' for scrap, or sometimes you would get a bounty from an insurance company or even a grateful owner who had to eject but the ship never got finished off by whoever was attacking. I have a quick test version to play around with. The tanks are not frangiable because I'm not that good at modelmaking yet. Also, for some reason, oolite does not read the texture, but I am not able to see where my error is. Can someone help please?
