Re: Reporting spam

* Same bot as above. And same pun. [EDIT 2: No it isn't - I subverted it!] :P MurlBreeneuri https://bb.oolite.space/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=18396 I could just boot the shoe salesbot out for comedic effect... Swish Ka-shink <thud> ...but that would set a bad precedent! [EDIT 1: ninja'd]

Registered but never even bothered to log in... A spammy attitude, but has mixed google results. I'm putting this one on watch, please run a broader security check.

Re: Forum don't work in Russia

It could be that the server they're trying to use has been completely banned by the anti-spamming system, or perhaps even by one of the master assassins (either by accident or excessive zeal)... The fact that a large amount of spamming attempts is in Cyrillic doesn't help.

Re: miners are not pirate victims

Just for the record, the word "stalk" might have been misused; I wasn't sniping at your way of enjoying Oolite. I'm sorry if it came out badly. My suggestion only meant to improve the experience for those whom, like yourself (and thus I used you as an example), enjoy taking a pause from mo...

Re: miners are not pirate victims

It seems the thread-jacking served a purpose after all...  I think not only the behaviour shouldn't be changed, but it also seems that non-system scavangers should roam the lanes... We know El Viejo likes to stalk other ships, follow them through wormholes, and observe their activities; ...

Re: miners are not pirate victims

For several years the Royal Navy had an explicit policy of not responding to Mayday Pirate Attack calls which they considered to be not proper Mayday calls. I didn't know that... So, according to the RN, drowning is an emergency worthy of a plea for help (mayday = m'aidez, help me), but armed robbe...

Re: miners are not pirate victims

No, that's the farthest my artistic abilities went when I tried to create an emblem for the Spartacus Brotherhood - see the shackle with the broken chain?
I'm wasn't very proud of it, but it never occurred to me that it could be mistaken for a sports club logo...

True, a scavenger is just a pirate who didn't have to do any shooting first...
